Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Specialty Cakes is owned and managed by Audrey McDonald who has been producing her wonderful creations for more than twenty years. After spending several years developing her craft in England, she focused for several years in wedding cakes with their intricate floral designs that are her specialty.

Moving to the United States eight years ago, Audrey has rapidly established a name for herself among local organizations and individuals.
